Level 1 Certification
Launch your Pilates teaching career
Pre-Requisites : Minimum 30 hours of Pilates practice (Private, Duet or Group), plus
- Anatomy Review Workshop (6hrs) OR
- Functional Anatomy Course (30hrs), and
- Postural Analysis Review Workshop (5hrs).
Movement assessment submission to review before starting
Course Offered:
- Intensive Mat-Plus (40 hours
- Intensive Reformer (50 hours)
- Intensive Cadillac (25 hours)
- Intensive Stability Chair (25 hours)
- Intensive Barrels (1O hours)
Certification Requirements :
- 40+ hours of instruction
- 10 hours observation
- 30 hours physical review
- 15 hour practice teaching Total : 96 hours
Level 2 Certification
Deepen your skills with advanced repertoire
Pre-Requisites : Completion of Level 1 courses (Essential & Intermediate repertoir).
Course Offered:
- Advanced Matwork (6 hours)
- Advanced Reformer (18 hours)
- Advanced Cadillac, Chair & Barrels (12 hours)
- Injuries & Special Populations (24 hours)

Take Merrithew® Specialty Track Workshops (Pre & Post-Natal, Active for Life, Athletic Conditioning, and more. Any workshops completed before certification count toward designation, but status is only awarded once certified.
